Shipping Times

Lost or Damaged Packages

Eligibility for Return

• You can return your unopened and unused Divine Jar within 30 days of receiving your order.
• To be eligible for a return, your jar must be in the original packaging, with all tags and labels intact.
• We cannot accept returns for opened or used Divine Jars.

2. Return Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for return shipping costs.
3. Return Address: We will provide you with the return shipping address upon initiating your return request.

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your returned Divine Jar, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
• If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
• Please note that return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
• We are not responsible for lost or damaged return packages.

Non-Returnable Items
